In the old days I would have gone on an eating “bender.” With practice, those “slips” have gotten much fewer and far between. About Lisa Goldberg

Lisa Goldberg is a Nutritionist/Weight Loss Coach and Author with a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Dietician/Nutritionist licensed by New York State, and Certified in Adult Weight Management by the ADA.
 
Lisa has been coaching clients since 2001 and specializes in coaching on mindful eating, mindset, habit/behavior change and overcoming emotional eating for lasting weight loss results. Her clients learn the skills to shift their dieter’s mindset and how to believe in themselves so that they are empowered to lose the unwanted weight for good. Her clients refer to her as their “whole life coach”.
 
Lisa is the author of the book FOOD FIGHT: Winning the Battle with Food and Eating to Achieve Sustainable Weight Loss. She served as the nutritionist on the New York Stock Exchange where she created HealthCoach, a healthy lunch program that delivered healthy meals to Wall Street traders from 2003-2013.
